coaching & birth preparation

Have me hold space as you navigate your options, orient to your truth, identify and dissolve blocks, and source clarity and confidence in your journey through the birth portal.

My coaching sessions are for those who don’t necessarily want my support at their birth, but want to prepare for birth or postpartum, including women or couples choosing sovereign birth.

Sessions are 90 minutes and €120.

These sessions are also ideal for those who are exploring the possibility of working with me for their birth. If you decide to do so after a coaching session, you will have the option of deducting the cost of the session from my overall birth package.
